Our assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer your clients' calls. It understands your business context through a custom knowledge base, answers frequently asked questions, books appointments, and passes important requests straight on to you.
Which languages are supported?
The assistant speaks French, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese. It automatically detects the caller's language and adapts in real-time.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes! You can set up call forwarding from your existing number to the Luxembourg number provided by secretaire.lu. Your clients continue calling the same number as before.
How does the assistant learn about my business?
During setup, we create a comprehensive knowledge base with your services, prices, hours, FAQ, and procedures. This base is updated regularly (monthly or weekly depending on your plan) to reflect changes in your business.
What happens if the assistant can't answer?
If a question exceeds the assistant's knowledge, it takes the client's contact details and sends you an immediate notification by email or SMS when the matter is urgent. A member of our team then calls back within 4 business hours. Live call transfer is available as an option, but it is not enabled by default.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, all our plans are commitment-free. You can cancel or change your plan at any time with 30 days' notice. We're confident that the quality of our service will keep you with us naturally.
How are minutes calculated?
Only actual call minutes are counted, to the second. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month. You receive a detailed monthly consumption report.
